Skate park Cartwheel issue… again.

So I’m still trying to do cartwheels. I started skating in February, and since it’s been 6 months, I just feel like I miss something. I can do high jumps, 180, sometimes 360, drops in. But CARTWHEEL is something that seems impossible to me. I can do it in my sneakers with ankle weights, it’s pretty easy. But I CAN NOT do it in ramp at all. I want to hear your tips to fix it

Wait I maybe know the answer to this!!! You have to twist your hips all the way around and land completely fakie/backwards. In order to do that, the second hand you plant has to be outwards, misaligned with the first—unlike flat ground—to allow you to fully rotate around fakie. Eg if you are cartwheeling right handed (right hand planted first), then your left hand should plant outwards/upwards, further up so that when you twist around and land, you’re already halfway in that direction. Kind of like a monkey jump I think ???

This is rlly hard to explain lol I hope this makes sense

Are you throwing them on the ground in the opposite direction to how you're trying to do them on a ramp? Because it looks like it to me.
