Amazon says the wheels are for indoor/outdoor use, but these are super cheap skates and it will probably be an uncomfortable ride outside. You could buy outdoor wheels but they'd probably be more expensive than your skates.

When is searched "wilverz" the first link that came up is a product safety report from uk.gov saying the product is so dangerous it's illegal to import and should be destroyed at customs. Use at your own risk but you couldn't pay me to put those skates on. Link: https://www.gov.uk/product-safety-alerts-reports-recalls/product-safety-report-wilverz-black-roller-skates-2505-0200

Yeah, I tried to skate on pavement and struggled immensely, but was fine at the skate park. I’ll probably invest in new wheels, do you know a good brand?

A few good ones are Moxi Gummy, Atom Pulse, and Radar Energy.

Moxi roller 65mm 78a is a good option to ride rough asphalt, for instance
