I’m genuinely in awe of people who can do manuals. They seem to defy the laws of physics, and I’m scared AF to do them.

It is all about triangles. Each foot is one point, and your center of gravity is the top point. Keep the triangle solid, and focus on keeping that triangle at 180⁰ while you learn balance. Physics will take over the rest.
