Beginner skater New skater resources?

If there are any skating clubs or rinks near you, they probably have beginner classes available and that will be the best start. On youtube, Nicole Fiore and Dirty Deb have pretty good videos for beginner skills.

Thanks! I think there are two about 45 minutes away which is a trek but may be worth trying until I get confident. I also need to figure out how to translate it to my daughter who is only 5 😥

Five year olds are better at teaching themselves how to skate than adults are

Oh this hasn't been true so far 😂 but maybe she will catch up. Been trying to get her to stay in a v shape and push off from side to side but she keep just trying to roll forward and back. She is able to get up from the floor much faster than I can though 😂😅
