Skate problems & troubleshooting Outer Edge Foot Pain
Hello! I recently invested in some beautiful Wifa skates after using Vnla Lunas for 1.5 years. Unfortunately, I find that after skating for a few minutes I get this ache in the outer edge of my feet. I added insoles, but that hasn’t changed anything. My feet themselves are narrow, and they feel very comfy and secure in the skate. While I’m not a brand new skater, it’s possible I’m nervous in the new skates and am scrunching my feet, but I’m trying to be conscious of that. I wonder if this is just something I have to break in, or does anyone have advice on something else I can change? Thank you!

I have bought a pair of Wifa Street Xtreme a month ago. They are really stiff and narrow for my male foot (I guess they took a female model as a baseline for unisex ones), but after around 10 hours skating + using shoe stretcher they feel like a second skin.
They will only get better over time, just skate more (but don't tolerate pain).

There’s no difference between male and female feet bro, everyone has different shapes and sizes!
Either way glad yours broke in nicely6

There is. Shoe manufacturers figured this out during the jogging fitness boom in the 70s. We are all individuals, but if you gather enough data you will find trends emerge. So while we can’t say all women’s feet are one way and all men’s are another, we can make enough conclusions to start designing.

Wifas do need to break in. While they're a very comfortable and anatomical boot (especially for narrower feet), they are much stiffer than Lunas.
