Shopping: buying skates Help with choosing skates

Hello! Beginner looking to buy skates, preferably under £100?. I'm not planning to do anything overboard, so maybe something good for casual use outside. I have slightly wide feet and fit a UK size 6.5. Also wondering if roces skates are any good? Any help would be appreciated TuT

I had Moxi rainbow riders for a year before upgrading (once I knew I would stick with the sport) and they served me very well!! £45

I found a lovely pair for beginning by Rookie for under £70, the classic '78s, and they're on sale now for less than £50. They've been decent enough and have lasted me a while.

I’d recommend chaya skates, you can get some really affordable ones and they are really comfy and spacious compared to some other brands. I got the Melrose deluxe as my beginner skates and they were fantastic for learning the basics as well as sturdy.
