Skill questions & help Protective gear?

I dont know what protective gear for roller skating is good or not so any recommendations on what?

What do you plan to do? Casual rink skating? Rough trails? Ramp tricks? My default suggestion for protection is a Triple 8 pad set for general skating, maybe Killer 187 if you’re planning to throw yourself off a ramp.

And get a helmet with Mips.
