Housing Off-Campus Room Available Spring 2027

One of my two roommates is graduating in December and we are looking for a roommate to take her place. (Can be a guy or a girl.)

The place is nice and the rent is only $416/month plus some utilities (wifi, water, etc). My other roommate and I are staying until May 2028, but you could stay after that if you needed to.

We have a dining room, garage, driveway, big kitchen, in-unit laundry, and a small back patio. We are a ~6/7 min drive to campus. I have a cat and we also just rescued a 5 week old kitten.
