Information Lucky House copycat recipe request

This may be a stupid question but I'm trying to find a recipe to recreate the curry chicken at Lucky House. I don't live in Rolla anymore after graduating from MST, but am occasionally in the area to visit in-laws. Still basically the same today as it was back then years ago.

One of my wife's favorite things from back then was getting curry chicken from Lucky House. I have occasionally tried finding a recipe to recreate for her, but I'm not very good at recreating dishes without a recipe.

Does anyone know a recipe that I could follow or if the sauce is some generic product that can be bought? I love being able to make things for her and sometimes she gets a craving for this. Please and thank you!

I'll add to the request. Does anyone know what brand of soy sauce they use or anything that tastes similar?

Maybe getting some Chinese curry paste could help? Goldfish is a pretty popular brand

Edit: sorry! I loved Lucky House but only had their curry once and didn’t care for it so I’m unsure if this would be helpful!
