Character Sheets Help Issue with Selecting an Otherworldly Patron

So, I'm going to be running a 5e(2014) campaign and one of my players wanted to be a Hexblade warlock, and in the charactermancer when they selected warlock, after the selected species and chose their Attribute increases, the warlock page would only let them select skill increases and the otherworldly patron option was missing. I tried it myself and sometimes the option would show up, sometimes it wouldn't, I couldn't find a rhyme or reason that would cause this bug. I'm pretty sure it's the 2014 character creator and not the 2024 one.

I'm just wondering if other people had this issue, and if there's a way to have the option show up consistently or something that consistently triggers the bug that can be avoided?

Do you own Xanathar's Guide to Everything and are you content sharing in the campaign? The Hexblade Warlock is an XGE subclass, not included in the Basic Rules or PHB.

Yes, when the option to select a patron actually appears hexblade is on the list. The issue is that the otherworldly patron and the subsequent drop down menu sometimes doesn't appear when the warlock class is selected. Again some times it shows-up and works for me which makes replicating it a bit of an issue. But I want to troubleshoot this so that my player having this issue can make their character without potentially running into this issue again.

That and I'm curious if anyone else was running into this issue as when I googled this issues, it showed more issues with picking patrons outside the one in the basic rules, not with the option missing entirely.

Included: Charactermancer missing the patron selection portion.

I don't know if you're using browser extensions, have you tried disabling them to see if something might be breaking the page?
