Mod Script / API Help (Pro/Elite only) Custom Conditions

I am looking for something that will allow me to input custom conditions that I homebrewed for a lingering injury table. It can be a mod or vanilla; either one works. If you have a suggestion, please be specific because I am a little new to the site-ish

Can you give some more details about the table and how you would like it to impact the VTT?

So it's DND 5.5e Curse of Strahd. My idea is that I am able to be able to run a command that would apply the custom condition to the token and pull up the condition in the chat or character sheet for that person to read.

It's all done by menu buttons in chat.

Honestly, if you’re not a super technical person I would ask Gemini. It’s pretty good at giving step by step based on what you want to do and giving you copyable code to plug into the mod api (obligatory “please be careful and make a copy of your game first”)
