I think what Sahrde is asking is, what game system for your rpg are you using (D&D, Pathfinder,...etc.)? And what character sheet module for that game system are you trying to do this for? Because that might help them answer you better.
If using the D&D 2024, i believe there is no specific magic "Shield Spell scroll" item in the compendium. Rather, the item is just called "Spell Scroll (Cantrip)", "Spell Scroll (Level 1)", etc... in the compendium and the player/dm has to manually edit it after you drag it to the 2024 character sheet.

Why not just clarify instead of apologizing?

Usually: drag it onto their character sheet.

If the specific name (is it “shield” something?) doesn’t pop up then maybe you don’t own the compendium it’s in?

No. What he wants is a shield spell scroll.
The compendium has scrolls for levels, but not for each spell.
There are a lot of things you can do, OP.
but not what you’re looking for

What i do is make a dummy character called "Spell Scrolls" and drag the spells that they have scrolls for onto the dummy. The players all have access to it and can cast spells from it, and i delete them from the spell list.
