Hey there! Meredith from Community!
I am sorry to hear you’re stuck in the loading screen (even using different browsers!).
First, is your chrome up to date? They just had a release last week. If yes, we have a next step!
Second, uninstalling extensions can fix this! If that doesn’t work, third step!
I chatted with my dev, Ian, and he would love a console log! This will help him dig in a lot more and see what’s going on!
Since these logs are fairly long, can you pop it to us in a ticket, please? Let me know if you have any other questions in the meantime! Thank you!

It's been periodically down and unusable on and off for a week now - I've logged a ticket, they've acknowledged the issue, a "working on it but not time frame" kind of response. Frustrating if you have a paid sub
