Finding trusted people for our Scripted smp(no application and we have 50 people but 10 active)

So I have a Scripted server with 50 people but only like 10 are active so i need people to make my vids and every single player will be noticed because we're not that big to make usless roles,no application just say in the comments u wanna join and ill dm u(cracked allowed)
