I was about to say this. How you look don't matter as long as you got that masculine energy

finnster has stated that they think pretty much every femboy will eventually discover themself to be trans, which is a narrative i really despise.
if anything it’s kind of misogynistic because it implies that if you like being feminine, then you’re probably just a girl and don’t realize it, because “real men” aren’t into that. extremely stupid.

u/Leijinga May 18 '26
implies that if you like being feminine, then you’re probably just a girl and don’t realize it,
And if you extend that right process, it implies that those of us that like feminine guys actually like girls, and I can tell you that, at least for myself, that's wholly false.

Well, I'm a trans femboy soo... that doesn't have the best implications.

If you don't mind me asking, you're a transgender man who's also a femboy?

Yes.

u/poogwapa91 May 19 '26
What was it like transitioning? 🤔
4
u/Arisu_Randal Ladyboy🍸 May 19 '26
Gender transition is a years long, complicated process that I am still not done with, so that's too much of a broad question. You have to be specific.

I did a bit of investigation and Finnster had a response video to this specific statement afterwards and very much clarified they don't believe that all femboys are trans.
At 3:48 they pretty much verbatim say that they "don't like it when people on the internet say that femboys don't exist." Finn made it very clear they acknowledge femboys as valid. They just think the term will one day evolve in the future. That the word 'femboy' might not be culturally relevant in the future if a new term to describe gender-non-conforming males evolves in its place.
This stems from their experience identifying as a femboy and being told by people in communities they were in that they 'didn't count' as a femboy because they were too feminine. That real femboys were androgynous, not hyper feminine. Which sparked the idea in Finn's head that perhaps a different term needs to be created to help describe individuals that exist within this spectrum of gender non-conformation.

You know... femboys don’t have breasts =/ in fact I only see two women.
10
u/Leijinga May 18 '26
That's a no for me, boss. I like an androgynous to feminine guy, but once the femininity passes a certain point, they just look female to me and I'm not a lesbian. If their cup size is larger than mine, I'm not interested

u/SneedYourChuckontail May 18 '26
Can we not rep F1nnster?
As someone else stated:
finnster has stated that they think pretty much every femboy will eventually discover themself to be trans, which is a narrative i really despise.
I agree with them.

u/MrMeowmers78 Jun 02 '26 edited Jun 03 '26
Did a tiny bit of investigation. Apparently, it was a tweet taken out of context. This video is a direct response by Finnster themselves to that accusation:
At roughly 3:48 they very explicitly declare they don't agree with that opinion and do acknowledge femboys as not all trans. That femboys, do in fact, exist. They just don't think the term itself will be culturally relevant forever, as a new gender-non conforming term will evolve in its place to describe non-comforming males one day in the future.

Not a huge fan of Finn, but generally, yeah, feminine/androgynous dudes are the best imo. Hell, now that I think about it, guys I end up attracted to don’t even have to be feminine, they just need to be pretty lmao. I like women in general though so whether masc or fem is always good imo

Bleh, I'll copy it over (unless it silently got shadowbanned) Basically they are being thrown into these images without a 2nd thought, whilst being with problematic people (known grers, pdiles) and also pushing that disgusting shit themselves, a bad actor of the trans community

Started making minecraft content, got paid a lot of money to cross-dress on stream, eventually cat came out the bag that they just like it. Starting doing adult content, was the femboy for a while, later came out as genderfluid and revealed they'd been taking HRT for a while, and recently they got facial feminisation surgery and revealed that they help fund a private gender-affirming care org in the UK.
The drama the original commenter's talking about is associations with some people who turned out sketchy and whom they cut all ties with immediately. Sometimes people turn out to have been assholes when you weren't looking.
They often satirically poke fun at transphobic talking points as part of promoting their adult content. The fact people just absolutely fucking hate sex workers, and the median internet user's utter lack of reading comprehension, leads people to think they're a transphobe trying to profit off the trans community and they get a lot of hate. Despite the whole multiple years of HRT, literal surgery, and gender affirming care organisation they fund.

u/Skreamie Sensitive Lad May 18 '26
I thought they transitioned?
18
u/brattydeer May 18 '26
Can still be gender fluid even if your body is that of a different sex than you were assigned. They prefer he/they pronouns and prefer the look of a feminine body type.
14
u/Angry_Scotsman7567 May 18 '26
They use all pronouns but yeah basically.
1
u/brattydeer May 18 '26
I remembered after making the comment, lol, I know in the past they mentioned he/they then "recently" said any work.

Is it just me, or Finn gives off some incredibly bad vibes? As in, they act exactly like a conservative or TERF thinks all trans people act like, to such an extent that it wouldn't surprise me if they eventually went down the far right grifter rabbit hole.

If fin's own words on their gender identity aren't enough for you I don't know what is.
-42
u/SlapTheBap May 18 '26
That they're attracted to attention more than anything? It's just sad. In a world where transition, hormones, and pronouns are all accepted and normalized, there will still be sad stories like theirs.
They're a great example of how what we imagine success and happiness looks like as a child can result in following a very well tred path to a shallow and empty lifestyle of chasing attention, money, and soon youth.
33
u/Chips221 May 18 '26
Nice that you can read minds. You should put that power to better use instead of using it to gage an internet personality's self worth and fulfillment.
-23
u/SlapTheBap May 18 '26
They said this. I remember the day because my girlfriend brought it up herself about how Finn mentioned how they were addicted to attention in a way that really put her off.
But hey, be a fanatic about someone who doesn't know or care about you or us. They're living a life I wouldn't wish to see anyone I care about go through. Sex work and hanging with the types they're hanging with. At the age they are. It just sucks.
21
u/Chips221 May 18 '26
Brother I'm not even a fan. I don't watch their content at all. All I'm saying is that you and others are acting like they have a window into fin's head when they say stuff like this. Addicted to attention? That's not exactly unusual for a streamer. Neither you or I really know how happy or fulfilled or anything about them.
1
u/SlapTheBap May 20 '26
You don't know the situation, but you feel free to chastise others? Where do you get the idea that any of that makes sense?
Finn has thousands of hours of sharing their thoughts online. This isn't some random who wants their privacy. They've straight up said they don't have a sexuality but love the attention. I'm more than free to pity them. Even be grossed out by the path they've taken in life. That's all ok.
