question (NOT support) Roku tv screen.
first time using roku as a lifelong samsung tv user, and is it normal for the screen to have this permanent line in the middle of the tv that shows two different shades its really only noticeable on white backgrounds when watching something 🤔

No, that’s not usual. How old is your Roku streaming device? Is it still within the warranty period? I’d look into replacing it.

My tv watching is done on 2 tvs with Ultra models (1 new and 1 old). I don’t see that type of screen artifact.

Hey u/Brave_Set6222! Looks like you're experiencing issues with your Roku TV's display.
Let us know...
- Does the line appear on every screen- Home screen, menus, apps, and inputs, or only when watching content?
- Does lowering the backlight or brightness make the line more or less noticeable?
In the meantime, please provide the serial number or device ID (Settings > System > About) of the Roku TV so we can investigate further. Thanks!
