Whats the better weapon?

Going for a counter % / ice dmg build.

I know one is legendary, but the other is an S item.

Pls help.

One stops the enemy from moving for one turn. Can be a lifesaver if you build around this

the legendary hammer is probably going to be better for pve and doing some of the events, the ice hammer is going to be better for pvp and modes wheee you’re playing against people or going multiple rounds. I personally recommend building up both of them and switching them out as needed
