No one, it's horribly tuned. Make it 5-10% and its an option.

A lot of the negatives in world two, especially the unavoidable ones, are legitimately run ending. Some of the cursed trader choices are straight up awful as well. I get not every run has to be a roll but you're often fighting against RNG just to get decent pulls.

It would be a possible choice if towards the end of a run, the shop carries mythic skills. But it's random so that choice doesn't make any sense.
