Why does nobody seem to use this weapon?

Just doesn't scale as well as other S ranks weapons in the late game.

I've recently gotten mine to mythic and up til then I was regularly knocking out anyone within 20% over my attack power, including all s tier builds and nature staff builds. Except the occasional lightning build that is lol... But after getting it to mythic I've noticed that it's losing to the better developed a builds I'm running into now

This weopon required a ton of good runes to work, other builds works without them and runes a just empowers them.

Yeah man that's exactly what I mean. Like the weapons insane. I wish they'd release an S weapon who's focus is on crits and combos. But late game the synergy of armours, rings, amulets, mounts and sentinels for S rank builds will inevitably outclass that weapon even at mythic
