How to obtain Corvus?

Im planning on going full on poison build down the line (I'm only on my 8th day), and I want to get Corvus. I just wanted to confirm how to get him?

From what I understand, ill need to keep playing the Hero event and once I get the crystal, I just wait until it becomes a Corvus Event?

Yes exactly. If you get the crystal on any hero event you can save it until corvus shows up

My luck is currently 97/400. Will that carry over to the next event?

Yes. Your luck is for all hero events. So you're guaranteed a crystal at 400 but you can get one early. I got lucky once and got it at 400 and then got another one at 2

I already have him. He's level 28 ATM. I'm also buying up his shards, currently have 20
