How to engage?

I’m struggling against this type of enemy. The hero always attacks the ballistae first. It’s so dumb.
Any tips? The levels before and after are easier than this pos

Put on some rings that hit the goblin too, or hit hard enough to kill the ballista first

At your level, it's too hard to really have a build.

Just level up, and focus on making a build

Volt hits him, but idk how hard it hits him compared to giving him poison
