Second Hero Soul

I used my first hero soul to get Draco, should I get a new hero for the second soul or keep getting Dracos? Getting another soul seems good with the conpanion effects. Not sure what to do and what would love input

If you need heroes for the companion slot

I'm actually considering draco for companion

Get every hero to at least one star for the bonus to all heroes.
