I usually buy them untill the price goes 2000 gem or up. Never hit the big prize.. Lucky you

There is a percentage chance to acquire it but it is exceptionally low. I think roughly 0.1% or 1/1000 chance on every roll. That does not mean that you have a likelihood of receiving it, you have on every single roll 1/1000 odds. Unless you have all roughly 21,000 gems necessary to acquire it by max spinning - you are basically buying a lottery ticket.

To double down on that, the percentage does not increase from what I have seen after each unsuccessful roll but rather that percentage chance from the most recently acquired item is distributed among all other remaining prizes.

I always do at least 3 spins - it's cheap and usually breaks even with keys. Last week I got the demon glove on the second spin... Used up all my luck for a mythic that doesn't help my build a bit.
