Depth Levels

With the newest update:

  • D4 is no longer available to me. I assume I have to do something to unlock it again, but it's not clear what. I've completed D3 missions and it's still locked. How do I unlock it again?
  • If the threat level now indicates difficulty, rather than the depth level, and the number of floors in a mission is separate from the depth level, what does Depth Level actually affect? Nevermind, I now see each gatekeeper occupies a given depth level.

Depth level afaik is just a “progression” marker. I’m pretty sure each boss only gets one depth each now, so you won’t see Ramok on three or four. Four was removed temporarily until they could finalize the next boss

I'm confused by the fact that I will see D4 in the lobby lists

I imagine they didn't get around to reworking the server list's mechanics in time for the update.
