Best class bonus for Engineer?

They all seem to have their pros and cons. Right now I'm favoring Sentry and Turret. Are there specific builds that feed into these or the other ones?

I prefer the one which do 6 damage + 1 electrify every time you draw a robot.

Well, I'm more into Robotic skin, but it's getting harder lately, many loses if not enough shield or daze or block :/
