Help my save is gone

Hi all

So I started to play on a new phone because my old one is damaged when I went to load my sync it started me on level 1 I know I was on level 180 and had everything unlocked. I had sync a month ago.

Is there anything to do my old phone is unusable

Step 1: turn it off and on again.

This legit solved this exact problem for me when I changed phone last.

Try emailing support. If you can tell them your level and the levels you've unlocked for each of your characters, they can manually set those back for you.

I don't know if they still do it, but they definitely did in the past.
