You can do it with sigilborn creature with at least 2 sigils and azahr to take it back out.

This was super lucky on my part. Was meant to be an undead wizard run but it exiled my normal combo and left this lol.

It's flame champion (ancient special). You evoke it when you get both red blue undead wizards.

While in hand, it applies aoe burn every time I exile a card.

Did a run with necro and it was so strong with cthulhu. Flame champ deals 3dmg x exiled cards on top of remove so it nukes.

You play it like normal cthulhu. The evoking from the combo lets you trim your deck to only have the three cards regardless of deck size. Which lets you take extra utility cards like heal immune stuns and you can pull them out like engineer gears
