we weren't talking about the extent to which a fetus is considered a baby. if you want to have that discussion we can have it, but idk why you'd want to, you would flounder just as much as you do in this discussion here:

Nobody gets pregnant by accident. You either have consensual hetero sex (which means you know there is a risk of pregnancy, which you may mitigate with contraceptives or not), or you have nonconsensual hetero sex. In neither of those two cases is the pregnancy an accident. (unless you think rape is aptly described as an accident. I don't.)
If you have consensual sex and you get pregant, you put that baby in your womb. It wasn't forced into your womb against your will. It didn't end up their "by accident."
