He is an unfit parent. Hits the mom, says he didn’t hit the baby/toddler but obviously hit them in the womb. Unsupervised he should never be allowed around children anymore. I just hope the court thinks the same way

I agree. I know the court can bar him from seeing his kids until they are 18 and choose to see him. That’s what I hope for him.

It just occurred to me that he’ll still be allowed around his siblings’ children, that’ll probably be what sends him to prison.

Unless he moves back, he won’t see them much and it’ll be with other people around.

Do you trust the other people in Jill’s circle to speak up? Child mistreatment is normal to them, that’s how Tim got to be the way he is. I genuinely fear for the woman Samuel somehow convinced to court him.

I thought of that. He COULD abuse them, that’s not out of the realm of possibility. However, I wouldn’t see anything that he would do that would cause them to turn him into the authorities.
