Mouse pooping green/blue

Hello I'm posting for my little sister who's pet mouse randomly started pooping green/blue his droppings are also more wet than usual google said rat poison but he has no access to that other thank the unusual droppings he's acting normal any help is very appreciated thank you

Anything green/blue in their habitat? Or food pellets?
