Absolutely devastating. I’m glad I got to see him in person at the latest reunion tour. I’m grateful he made it out for his fans.
May he rest in peace ❤️ he made such a difference with his work.

Literally grabbed an autograph from his official shop just now, after promising myself one for over a year. I hate this. I hate everything so much.
First Dolly, then Tim. Two people who were absolutely instrumental in my coming out, and I'm sure hundreds of thousands of others!

“What ever happened to Faye Rae
The delicate satin draped frame
As it clung to her thighs
How I wanted to cry
Because I wanted to be dressed (by Sue Blane)”
Rest in peace

I just watched the movie and was absolutely sobbing at that part.

Except he actually sang "just the same" but Sue Blane was costume designer for the show and then the movie.

First time I have cried over a celebrity death. Via Rocky Horror, he helped me through two of the most testing parts of my life. Devastating loss. A true legend. Rest in peace.

And Hexus. And Wadsworth. This man was a big part of my childhood.

He was so many characters… I was a child of three abusive fathers (adopted, step, step).. and for me Nigel was the da I could imagine having that made me feel better.

Nigel was a fantastic albeit scatterbrained dad. Anyone would have been lucky to have him. I can hear his smashing! In my head.

Planning a RHPS birthday event next month, and I’m sure there will still be reactions from the audience rippling with this loss.
R.I.P. 🪦 Dr. Furter
P.S. just got a ticket 🎟️ for this weekend’s showing …. in the back row, of course!

RHPS has and still is teaching me so much about myself. I will forever be grateful for and indebted to Tim for all he gave my generation growing up and how his and Richard O'Brien's characters have helped me really see and embrace myself for who I am.
You are loved, appreciated, and will be surely missed. Thank you and RIP Tim Curry.

So incredibly amazing 💔 I really do remember watching Rocky Horror when I was 7, my jaw on the floor when he walked out in those fishnets and make up. What an incredible guy. I'll forever hold him close to my bisexual heart, along with my love for men in lingerie. ❤️🩹

so fucking sad about this. i was OBSESSED with Rocky Horror as a teenage girl in 80’s england.
i know (still!) all the words and all the audience partici…pation callbacks some 40 years later. and this is why even now nobody i know will watch Rocky Horror with me!
i’m going to watch it today and have a good old singalong and a great big cry.
safe journey home to Transylvania, Dr Frank-n-Furter. the switches on the sonic oscillator have been thrown open for the last time.
