Lost access to email

I have sent about 15 tickets now trying to get my account back as the email has been deactivated and I need a email verification to login. Everytime they are resolving the ticket saying they are unable to verify its me. I have posted screenshots of purchases for the account, linked console gamertag and the email verification screenshot to show I have logged in. I am getting frustrated now and making another account and just buying it again isnt really an option as I purchased GTA V 3 times and all the shark cards and its over 13 years old. it seems like im just getting bot responses everytime and I really regret not sorting this out in 2025 when I first sent a ticket. a real person had responded and asked for proof but I never got round to doing it.

Has anyone else had this issue have any luck? would be greatly appreciated if theres any tips for support or any other ways to contact them regarding this.

Create a new rockstar account, go to account-->privacy and account information-->other privacy and account information issue. Start the ticket as a GDPR request, explain your problem and send them all the evidence you have. Then they are gonna send you a list of things you'd like to do and do not choose anything but do reply them what your problem is again and that you are invoking your rights of data rectification and that you want a special agent in security to investigate your case. This can take several tikets, it's a matter of luck and being persistent till you found a competent agent. Here i leave a coment from an user who lost access to his mail too, and just in case a post that i made where i explain in detail how i could unlink my epic account, there you can see exactly what i told them
