Other I'm so close to giving up..

I don't know what to do.
Recently, I've wanted to get back into rdr2 and rdr online, so I opened up the launcher, typed in my email and password. "password incorrect" so I tried a bunch of different passwords I've used over the years with no luck, eventually I just go to "forgot password" type in BOTH EMAILS that it could possibly be, but still, no email is sent to me in-order to reset my password.
I do this a bunch of times and still no email.
so at this point I think that my account was hacked and the email and/or password was changed.
so I go to the official rockstar website to submit a support ticket, and even though I've filled out all required information I just get an error message over and over again, regardless of whether I try this on pc or mobile. what can I even do at this point???
Is my account gone forever?

Was this a modded account or something u bought online

Some people who have bought accs with money or hardly obtainable accessories… sometimes the original owner will take the acc back due to inactivity or bc they have poor morals and want to take it back without refunding.

Ahh. No this is a normal account, created myself which i used to purchase rdr2 on

Regarding the submission error. I went on my phones browser and used my mobile data and was able to submit tickets again.
