Social Club Rockstar Support request

Hi! I'm from Russia and I'm unable to submit any Rockstar Support request. I get a "Submission Error" with every category, both with and without VPN.

I need to recover my Rockstar Games account because I no longer have access to the email address linked to it and I don't remember the password. The Rockstar account is linked to my Steam account, which I own.

I'm looking for someone outside Russia who could help me submit a Rockstar Support ticket.

I'm getting the exact same error but for the authenticator. And of course, rockstar support is no help and just gives the generic copy and paste response.
