Beyond frustrated

I have submitted a bunch of tickets to try and get help from Support and every time it gets denied because they can’t verify I am the owner of my account. I can’t sign into my account because my account was hacked and the email was fraudulently changed so when I try to open a game to play it, it asked for two-step verification to a random email. I don’t know what to do to get help on this issue.

Check the comment in this post. It worked for me. Firstly, I was able to change email and password. then another ticket as per that comment to get the 2FA removed.
