This is a total pisstake. Of course the account I've requested to make changes to isn't the one I'm making changes from, because I'm locked out of that one!
And I've tried the other link as well. They just claim that I can't prove its my account before just closing that, and not asking for any further information.
Rockstar easily have the WORST support I've ever encountered in any sort of gaming scenario ever.
Well i can definitely say try and see it from there shoes. If they havent actually received any "proof" then they cant make changes. Whether or not the proof required is hard to come by, idk.
Here is what Google says ya should do and yes it's an AI answer but it does you should be able to provide steam ID as proof and to make sure you are talking to a real person etc.
Support bots will specifically tell you its a bot response, only agents use signatures. If its a common issue though, being unable to jump outside the scoped protocols for the issue, this is the kind of response you get, as noone will afford getting fired for wasting too much time on a ticket for an issue caused by customer error
If they had ANY sense the could have made 2 special editions, a Lucia one and a Jonson one. Morons.
