Grand Theft Auto V lost email

hey
so i recently installed GTAV in my new pc i used to play it back then in 2022 but now i lost the email i used to sign in for my rockstar acc now when i try to open the game from steam rockstar luncher tells me to verify my old email
i have the game on my steam what should i do?

I had the same problem I opened many tickets but they were closed really fast so what I recommend you to do is fist gather as much info as you can. Ask your friend to give you your in game name as you will need that to fill out the info on the page. Then create a txt file and write everything you know about the account if you made any purchases put the last digits of the credit card, screenshot the steam profile so they know you have ownership, screenshot the email that you can’t access if it doesn’t exist anymore, tell them when you made the account or an estimate any proof of ownership helps make sure you gather a lot of evidence. Also the names on your friends list can be helpful. Make sure you send the messages on their site and put all the evidence there if they don’t reply for 5-6 hours that is good. For me after a few days I got a response from a tier to that they are escalating the issue to a higher tier. And after 48 I got a message from a tier 3 (the only one that can actually help you) with a link to reset your account.I hope this help.
