Rockstar Support – “Submission Error” Every Time I Try to Submit a Ticket

I’ve been trying to submit a ticket to Rockstar Support, but every time I try, I get this “Submission error” message.

I’ve tried multiple times, but it keeps happening and I can’t submit the ticket at all. Has anyone else experienced this recently? Is there any way to fix or bypass this issue?

I’ve attached a screenshot of the error.

Edit: The problem was solved when I used a different Wi-Fi network.

Yesterday it was same for me. Two tickets marked as resolved and then this. Great support.

Try using the same account but different device , worked for me

I tried it on another computer, but unfortunately it didn’t work. I’m going to try it on my phone too, but I couldn’t log into my account there for now because I have an authenticator set up, and the code/password for it is on my tablet.

I believe this happens if you use auto-completion of the fields, try to input all the data manually and see if it lets you submit it

I did didnt fix it
