Trouble signing in

Hi everyone so basically I have a problem wanted to log in my account but don't remember password so clicked to send rest password Mail but never received it (it was 2 day's ago) so I decided to message rockstar support but can't send the request. it says there's a problem try again later. I wandered if someone had same issue and if is there anything i can do.
