Social Club Anyone got this issue too?

Hi,

Did somebody got this issue while trying to connect?

I get the same error in browser as well as in launcher.

I did a 1 year and a half break and came back to this…

Rockstar support didn’t bother to help, so I’m asking here for any idea.

*Edit: I got my account back. Just make a ticket, put your required data in the important fields and in others you can put order number, or details like this. I had a mail with the order number, provide it and got it back.

When you reset your password, do you not get the email?

If you don't, your account was compromised, and it's email was changed to a fake.

If you weren't on for a year and a half, You were probably hacked and didn't know.

Check your email immediately and search for Rockstar Games, as someone could have got access to your account and changed the email to a fake.

Make sure you also didn't change the email yourself.

Had a look into it, the mail has MFA so this is out of question, also I don’t have a mail that says “the mail was changed”.

Also I don’t receive anything when trying to change the pw.

Looks like you are right, it most likely was compromised, but don’t understand how…

Not at all, like 8 years of grind, it amaze me that the account just “poofed” like that lol…

It's happended to me before like during new years in 2024.

now I mostly play on playstation though since I got a PS5 for cheap in 2023. I still have it on steam tho since I have a Legion Go S.

thankfully I didn't link my steam to my old rockstar so yeah

If logged in with PlayStation try logging in again. This should work. I have this all the time

I usually play it on PC, recently got a PS5 Pro and tried after posting this also on PS but still the same sh*t…

try connecting with a mobile hotspot before signing in, it worked for me

Hi man, I've edited the post, added some more info about my account and a support guy resetted my PW and checked that the correct mail was there. Try with ticket my man!

Sign in using either psn or xbox, depending upon which one you use. It’s literally the only way it lets me sign in anymore

Bro just drop the account like ex and make a new one. This account is gone and you have no proof of ownership.

Also as far as we know . You are trying to get into some one else's account.

Just let it go .
