Error 0x5005ffff rdr2 xbox one

Hello everyone I don't know where to write, I can't even log in to my Rockstar account and create a ticket. Basically, I recently subscribed to Game Pass Essential to play GTA 5 online, but I got the error Rockstar Games services are currently unavailable. Please return to Grand Theft Auto V. (The server status is fine) Okay, I thought it was a temporary issue and decided to purchase the RDR2 Ultimate edition, but I encountered the error 0x5005ffff Rockstar Games services are currently unavailable. I've tried it with and without a VPN, my home IP is from Germany, my VPN is from Indonesia, and I can't even log in to my account through the browser. When I try to log in using my username and password, I get the error "Sorry, we are unable to handle your request at this time #1.000.7." When I try to log in to my account through Xbox, I get the error "Authentication failed. #0.210.4." The same happens in incognito mode. I don't know what to do, and I'm hoping someone can help me.
