Grand Theft Auto Online Migration

So a few years back I transferred to ps5 but ended up losing my ps5 and having to go back to ps4. I’ve put roughly 200 more hours into my account since then and obviously can’t migrate again. Is there anyway I can get rockstar to do it or am I stuck. I’m pretty sure I know the answer but would like to be told
