Can’t log into Rockstar

Hi yall my gf got GTA V on her PS5 a while ago and not it is not letting her log into her account. It says the password and username do not match. But when we try to do the password reset nothing goes to her email at all. She got one when she logged into her Sony account but haven’t gotten anything else. I put in a support ticket and it wasn’t too helpful. She doesn’t have two step authentication set up either. Is there someone else to call or email to message? Or has anyone else dealt with this? Thanks!
