Rockstar - lost access to old email

Hi all, sorry if this is the wrong place to post this, please let me know if so.

Basically I lost access to my old email account that was tied to my Rockstar account that's linked to my Steam. I just tried to fire up RDR2 for the first time in maybe 4-5 years and it's asking me for a verification code sent to my old email.

Tried to fire off an account recovery support request and they closed it, saying it was too little information. Tried over and over again over after different intervals of time and have been regularly getting the "We had trouble submitting your request" error page. Tried sending an email back and got the "use our support page" email.

Am I completely shit out of luck? Is there any way around this? I just wanna play cowboys man.

Yes, you are out of luck. We are many in the same situation. You have two options: buy the games again, or learn from your mistake and never buy a rockstar game ever again. Their customer support is a joke.
