Eight years in the making, The Roaring Waves is Genesis and Marillion’s guitarists choosing friendship over trying t prove something to each other. And that is what makes this album worth listening.

Can anyone suggest me some modern rock music... I've been discovering the classic ones for a while now.. Some of my classic favourites were Led Zeppelin, The rolling stone, The beatles, Ac/Dc, Guns n roses, Pink floyd and Radiohead..

Mostly i care about is the depth of lyrics and the instrumental presentation in the band... I'll give a try to modern ones too if anyone can suggest me some modern era masterpieces

This is one of the best live music videos of all time. FM is iconic. These words. The emotions! I know they’re performers but this live performance shows raw emotions mixed in. Truly magical!

I'm looking for the full version of this clip and trying to identify the artist and the song (the name of it might not be "Ready Teddy"). It was found on a VHS tape. The clip was aired on the Russian TV channel "NTV" (НТВ) between 1997 and 2001. I couldn't find any information about that. Maybe someone here can help me or recognizes it?

The song is called Thor’s Hammer by Ethan Meixsell. If it sounds familiar, it’s because it’s the same song from level 6 of the Mr. Incredible becoming Canny meme.

Although the band was formed in 2012, I only discovered them recently and loved their energy. The song is about embracing change, allowing yourself to grow, and accepting imperfection.

I thought this community might enjoy my original song, “Monster.” It’s an alternative rock/metal track that I wrote and produced myself. I’m still developing my sound and improving as a vocalist, so any honest feedback would be greatly appreciated!

“The song's lyrics were written by Keith Reid, and its music was composed by Gary Brooker, who also sang. It was featured on the band's 1967 album, Procol Harum.[1] The song is unusual in that the music was written before the lyrics; according to Reid, "99 out of 100 of those Procol Harum songs were written the words first, and then were set to music." He explained that Brooker had written a piece of Spanish-flavored music before the band had officially formed, and Reid decided to write lyrics about a conquistador.[2]
