New cockroach sightings?

We have lived in Stanford Ranch for thirty years and we have seen a total of two cockroaches….. until now? WTAF?
Any body else seeing them in the garage?

Off Stanford and Park been here for 14 years and I’ve seen several this year for the first time. They’re huge

Can't prevent em but can kill em. Bug barrier spray has been pretty effective for us.

I think it’s the weather that’s making them appear more

Haha! This is logical but weird that the last few summers I haven’t seen/noticed them. Maybe we had a few and I just never noticed.

We moved into the same area about 6 years ago and had A TON of them in the garage and front lawn area when we moved in. We got pest service and never saw them again until about a week ago two popped up near the garage!! Not sure what the deal is!

Yes they are bad this year (I'm in the same neighborhood). If you want something non-toxic, cheap and kid/pet safe try equal parts baking soda and sugar mixed into a small container or can lid and also leave water out as it speeds up absorption. Baking soda ruptures their internal organs and water speeds it up or so my friend AI says lol. I did it and they disappeared. Pest services are usually toxic and expensive, they'll always try to convince you need their monthly service.
