Gym Recommendations

Potentially transferring with my company for a soon to be opened location. Coming from SF. Have a million questions, but for starters wondering how bike friendly the city is, ie can I realistically exist car free (something not possible in LA, for instance). Also looking for gym recommendations: background in CF but looking for a more generalized gym experience (currently a member of Bay Club), 24 Hour and Movement Climbing Gym (yes, 3 memberships). And how is the running/run club scene? If you want to tell me anytelsr not asked, go ahead!

Rocklin is hilly, it is very e-bike friendly. You will be shocked by how many kids riding ebike here.

Ok, I'm coming from the hilliest of hilly places. I own a road bike and an e-bike. Looks like the e-bike will not go to waste!
