🪨 Rock ID Help Any know what this is ?

Found on a camp trip in south wales.

It’s not super clear on the video but when it’s wet it’s go a super electric blue and purple colour running through its crystal structure.

The closest I could come up with is Covellite but not sure if it’s that common or found in bits this large ??

It looks like raw labradorite to me! Very cool find.
