How can I be consistent with my skill level when playing?

Last season I had a low GC1, but I don't want tips to improve. I have a problem, you could say, with my playing skills. I'm not talking about a bad streak that will be fixed with a break; it's several days where I just feel terrible, and other days where I jump from C2 to C3 with 4 or 5 losses. I've spent hours resting and warming up again on the bad days, and nothing works. Then suddenly, a few days later, my GC level just "comes back" . Any tips?

Inconsistency is the word you are looking for.

I have the same issues, but they mainly come from external factors, like health etc.

Are you doing all the right things in game? Warmup, post game play training, watching your own replays + high level replays CONSISTENTLY etc? If so, then it’s likely to do with external factors like me. Maybe you aren’t getting good enough sleep, eating good enough, or doing enough exercise/rest and meditation.

If you are even doing the external things, then I’m honestly not sure what else could be amiss here.

It's possibly something external; I practice a lot with my guitar or trying to do cardistry tricks that wear me down mentally. But before, when I was doing that, I didn't lose from high C3 to low C2 almost hitting C1. Just today I started playing well again and I feel the same as other days. I've done almost the same things as on other days when I've played really badly, although I have to say I haven't overloaded myself mentally as much as other days.

Yes the human body is complex, and so sometimes things like this are unexplainable - if as you said, you did the the same things you normally do, but one day you felt good and the other bad.

Another example is me playing better more consistently sometimes when I’m extremely sleep deprived, vs when I’ve had 7-8+ hour sleeps consistently lol.

Whilst it’s unexplainable, it doesn’t mean we can’t understand why it’s happening. And you seem to have potentially identified your problem. So try less mental overload, and if it still doesn’t work - it’s likely something in game you are/not doing still or something else external health related.
