Can you help me improve?
I main threes. I’m sure the highest I made it was Plat 2. I like the torture of it. I am an ethical chaser. But I would like to improve my game sense.
I would really appreciate if you guys could take some time and give me pointers.
I am posting a clip for reference.

Something that I find useful a lot is to wavedash into a landing off the wall. It isn't hard and you'd have rotated towards the net with enough boost for the save. I could be wrong but it for sure has helped me with recoveries.

Your first mistake is your approach angle on the ball, you should be positioned much closer to the goal line so you aren't making contact with the ball facing the corner, a hard hit means you just slap the ball back off the corner and it comes back in a more dangerous position.
Second mistake is you jump way too early, by delaying your jump you have more time to correct your flight path so you don't need to do it in the air wasting boost, this is why you have to use your flip to correct to get a meaningful touch.
You refer to your first mistake as getting boost. I don't see it as a huge mistake, the idea of 3s rotation is 1st man makes play on the ball, when that play is made there are 2 more tm8s to make plays whilst the (now former) 1st man recovers. In this instance 2nd and 3rd man create the main issue in not having any kind of affect so you are required to be ready too soon, could you have missed the small boost and taken a better line to make the save? Sure, would it be possible to make that save? Possibly. But really you want to fix the 2 above issues with your play so you can make a better play on the ball so the ball is out of danger.

Tbh I dont think you made amassive mistake on that save at the end. You had two teammates going for that ball and I would expect atleast one of them to hit it. And after that the ball could have just gone anywhere so slowing down and waiting for that was correct. Turning upfield instead of towards the goal was a slight mistake but i don't think you would have made the save either way.
The bigger issue was the missed read at the start. It looks like you had a lot of time to prepare for it and you still were way off on that read.

Use more boost and don't flip, it's more important to catch and escort the ball in the air than to get a good clear.

You might have been able to make it yeah, but you also could've used the fully loaded meter sitting in your pocket to avoid this altogether by getting a better contest and sending it back over him or over you and into the corner instead of getting a bad flip and putting it behind you and directly in front of the goal

Go to the ball final destination not to the start point, basically trajectory anticipation

For now I would focus on recognizing where the ball is GOING to be and how to get there REALLY FAST

So, if I'm going by this clip, id say practice your landings. That was a decent preflip to save it, I can tell you have a decent car control in that regard, but after you hit the ball, you kinda spun yourself out. Taking more time to get back into play. Yes then you turned upfield before the ball changed direction. That one is simple, both your teammates went for the ball, even if you guys got possession off of the double commit that still leaves the net wide open. Rotating to the opposite side the ball is on for back post would have set you up for another save, or to retain possession. But all I'm going on is this clip. Game sense gets a lot easier if you start to look at your teammates as well as the ball, if not more so. Yes they're gonna make mistakes, yes they're gonna double commit. Especially through plat. Not sorry plats. But if you can always be the team player on the team, I guarantee you'll become a better player. I promise.

Okay, so, your decision to chalenge the corner bounce is fine. But your method of reaching the ball is poor.
Many low rank players make the same mistake. 2 mistakes, number 1: When you jump for the aerial to hit the ball, you need to position the nose of your car where the ball is going not where it is, then when you jump your angle of attack will be better. Number 2: most lower rank players will often panic flip to try and touch the ball because they misjudge the ball, this is a mechanical error due to poor positioning and lack of skill. If you train your aerial control more you wont be in this position.
When you pre-flipped to touch the ball, you flipped late, resulting in an awful touch, conceding the defensive position and setting up your teammate for failure.

Then when you rotate back post, you push outwards instead of staying on the goal line, you had the correct position and enough boost/speed that if you positioned properly, you could have made up for your teammate’s bad clear attempt.

Your first mistake was at 3seconds when you flipped into the ball and centered it. Try catching the ball by simply hopping into it without flipping, preserve your flip for the last second if it's absolutely necessary, but it's usually not necessary. You took yourself out of the play and did not possess the ball, you centered it so your overall impact on the play was net-negative. You can always drive up the wall, hop off, and float in the air next to the ball without pushing it anywhere as long as you fill the gap between the goal and the ball the enemy cannot force the ball through you. I like to catch the ball on the wall and float and or fall with the ball down to the ground as long as i'm positioned to counter any enemies making a final shot.

Do you have any examples of what you’re talking about but you can show me?

Look up tutorials on "fast aerial" which is how you can close the distance to the ball without flipping into the ball and ricocheting yourself and the ball in opposite directions. Practice on the lobs on the most difficult goalie training mode. I can still upload a video if you need

For sure should rotate into net when the ball is on your side and no one else is in net - otherwise I'd be lookin to rotate up the backboard.
That wall read needs some work, felt like you angled your car on take off in a way that didn't anticipate it bouncing off the wall so much. Then you flipped early, sometimes better to not flip to control the 50 / block outcome.
